Flip RoboVac over and snap on the side brushes. 2 Remove objects within 1 m of the left and right side and within 2 m of the front. 3. Connect the round connector of the adapter into the power socket on the Charging Base and the other end into a wall out et. Charge Your RoboVac – Install the Charging Base in a location that can be easily accessed by your Robo Vac – Always keep the Charging Base plugged in, otherwise RoboVac will not automatically return. O Install the Charging Base O 1. Place the Charging Base against the wall on a hardf level surface. 08 RoboVac has a pre-installed rechargeab e battery that has to be fully charged before use. Robovac returns to the Charging Base at the end of a cleaning cycle or when its battery is running low. Manually charge RoboVac when i s battery is fully discharged or if it fails to reach the Charging Base. Method 1: Attach RoboVac to the Charging Base by aligning its charging pins with the charging pins on the base. 09

Scheduled Cleaning You can schedu e RoboVac to start cleaning at a particular time. To cancel scheduled cleaning, long press O for 3 seconds until RoboVac beeps twice and disappears. O Press on the remote control, will display on the screen. O Press to set the “hour” and “minute”. Press or “l to save the setting, RoboVac will beep once to indicate the schedule has been set. Clean the brush with the provided c eaning tool or a vacuum cleaner. Reinstall the brush by inserting the fixed protruding end first, then clicking into place. Close the brush guard and press down until it snaps into place. o 04 9 Clean the Sensors and Charging Pins To maintain best performance, clean the drop sensors and charging pins regular y. Is the voltage universal? Does RoboVac come with a charger for my region?

Robovac works with the voltages from 100 - 240V; a charger for the region it is sold in is in the packaging. If you want to use your RoboVac in other countries, you will need to use a plug adapter.

What's the BoostIQ™ feature?

The BoostIQ™ feature automatically increases the suction power if it detects stronger power is needed to ensure the best clean, which is ideal for cleaning thicker carpets and hard-to-clean messes.

How do I identify if RoboVac is using the BoostIQ™ feature?

RoboVac 11S Max is in the BoostIQ™ mode by default, which you can see on the display of the remote control. To change the default suction power to Auto Cleaning mode, just press the ""fan"" icon repeatedly to adjust the suction power level. The power level's corresponding icon is displayed on the remote controller.
Note:
When RoboVac starts cleaning in Auto or Single Room mode the next time, it will clean according to the suction power level you previously selected.

How long will RoboVac clean after a full charge?

A fully-charged RoboVac will clean approximately 100 minutes in Standard Mode on hard floors.

Where should I use RoboVac?

1. Use only indoors and on dry surfaces.
2. For optimum performance. It is not recommended to use RoboVac on thick (total thickness over 26 mm /1.02 in) or plush carpets
3. Do not use on very dark-colored floors.
4. Do not leave trailing cables as RoboVac may become entangled in them.
5. Do not use it on the carpets that have tassels, as the tassels may entangle RoboVac.

Preparation

1. Install the side brushes before use.

2. Turn on the main power switch on the bottom of RoboVac.

  • Remove the sticker next to the power switch, and the foam blocks beside the bumper before use.

3. Place the Charging Base on a hard, level surface and against a wall.

4. Remove objects within 3 ft/1 m of the left and right side and within 6 ft/2 m of the front of the charging base.

5.Connect the round connector of the adapter into the power socket on the Charging Base and the other end into a wall outlet.

• When the Charging Base connects to AC power, the LED indicator on the Charging Base is SOLID WHITE.

- Install the Charging Base in a location that RoboVac can easily access. It is recommended to place the Charging Base against a wall, and on a hard-level surface rather than on rugs or carpets.

- Always keep the Charging Base plugged in, otherwise RoboVac will not automatically return to it.

Charge Your RoboVac

• RoboVac has a pre-installed rechargeable battery that has to be fully charged before use.

• RoboVac returns to the Charging Base at the end of a cleaning cycle or when its battery is running low.

Method 1: Attach RoboVac to the Charging Base by aligning its charging pins with the charging pins on the base.

Method 2: Press on the remote control to return RoboVac to the Charging Base

Turn off the main power switch if RoboVac will not be used for a long period of time. To preserve the battery’s lifespan, recharge at least once every 6 months.

Start / Stop Cleaning

Make sure the main power switch on the bottom of RoboVac is turned on before use.

1. Press on RoboVac or / on the remote control to start cleaning in Auto Mode.

2. Press on RoboVac or on the remote control to stop cleaning.

Owner's manual for Eufy RoboVac 25C.

Turn on / off

• RoboVac turns on automatically when attached to the Charging Base and connected to power.

• When RoboVac is not on the Charging Base, press and hold for 3 seconds to turn on the main unit. Wait until the Power Status Light turns solid blue.

• When RoboVac is not on the Charging Base, press and hold for 3 seconds again to turn off the main unit.

Switch to Sleep Mode

When inactive and not on the Charging Base for 10 minutes, RoboVac automatically stops cleaning and switches to sleep mode. In sleep mode, press any button to wake it up.

Start cleaning

RoboVac cannot start cleaning if the battery level is less than 20%. In this case, recharge RoboVac first before cleaning.

1. Press to start cleaning in Auto Mode.

  • RoboVac moves around to scan the environment and build the map automatically.

2. Press again to pause cleaning.

  • Press to resume cleaning.
  • When cleaning is paused, docking the main unit onto the Charging Base will stop the cleaning.
  • If cleaning is paused for 10 minutes, RoboVac automatically stops cleaning and switches to sleep mode.

3. Press to stop current cleaning and return to the Charging Base.

• Before cleaning, sort out cables and cords to avoid power interruption or any damaging caused by pulling the cord during cleaning.

• In Auto cleaning mode, RoboVac will clean twice by default if the cleaning time is less than 10 minutes.

Use Your RoboVac with the EufyHome App

To fully enjoy all the available features, it is recommended to control your RoboVac via the EufyHome app.

Before you start, make sure that:

• Your smartphone or tablet is connected to a Wi-Fi network.

• Your smartphone or tablet is running iOS 8.0 (or above) or Android 4.4 (or above).

• The 2.4GHz band wireless signal is enabled on your wireless router.
