Cons: Thermals - Ran hot right away, after 3 months heat dissipation has become poor and the laptop constantly crashes due to heat. Even in "CoolerBoost" Mode. Sequential Overheating rendered my system useless - Could not system restore, or repair startup, had to install windows again. Can not run games on optimized settings, have to have everything low or laptop overheats. KeyCap Durability - "Tab" key fell off, expected more from a SteelSeries keyboard.

Overall Review: I have re-installed / updated EC-Firmware & Bios with no change to current situation. I have kept laptop stock, and am shocked that in 6 months this much has gone wrong. I expected more from a $2500 purchase. I am hoping MSI will support their brand and help with with RMA for a new unit. I enjoyed peak performance for about 3 months and things began to fall apart, shocking with the price tag. I am a fairly casual user and balanced usage between gaming and school I will update my review with how MSI's support process is for these issues.
