Sunstar front discs (rotors)
I need new front discs and have found some cheap Sunstar ones, like £50 each instead of £200 for the Brembo ones. Any thoughts on Sunstar v Brembo.

Never used 'em on an Aprilia but they're OEM maker for Harley. They'll be OK unless you ride hard all the time. You get what ya pay for and brakes are kinda important.
I replaced my OEM rotors with Brembo HP rotors. Damn what an improvement. Well I did wear the OEM rotors down to 3.8MM and they were beat. Fuckers ain't cheap but damn.

Double check OEM rotor pricing. I think you'll find the price hard to beat... $70 each for OEM brembo.

According to this the OEM is a Sunstar from 2001 on.

Shit, AF1 are cheaper than the ones I got. Why did you show me that T.RexRacing. The Sunstar discs are about £180 over here but only £50 from AF1, why?

Re-use the disc bolts or not? I think last time I changed discs on the previous Tuono I just re-used the old ones.

Check to see if the fit before starting. The Brembos require special screws. Other than that they're not TTY so I see no reason not to.

Disc bolts will be fine mate.
Just clean the threads up properly and torque them down correctly, and dont forget the loctite 243 (the blue one)

9,000 miles and the Sunstar discs are starting to pulse at the brake lever, same as the original ones did at 13,000 miles. Soon as they become a problem I'll get Brembo's. That proves you do get what you pay for.

55,000 miles on my previous Tuono and I never had any problems with discs, either Brembo, Sunstar or althea (spelling)

Got to say,
I like my PFM rotors
http://www.west-performance.com/services/pfm-brakes/
I have both the stainless (for street) and Ductile Iron for track day. Simple to swap over. No need to undo rotor carrier, just pull out large circlip, swap rotor and re install circlip. Takes about 30 seconds once wheel is off.

Don't the OEMs have the problem with hard spots? Mine pulse pretty badly, despite not being that worn. Suppose they could be warped. In researching replacement options I have been scared by stories that the OEMs can develop hard spots and pulse/shutter. Resigned myself to having brakes that vibrate for a while longer.
My post count says I'm an expert.
The woman in the circle of men began to slowly undress under their approving gestures. I asked if someone would come home. Father is on a business trip, mom left until tomorrow to see her friend, and my sister herself dumped to her Pavlik for the night while mom was gone. We watched as a naked girl knelt down and crawled up to each of the men in turn, took a member out of her.
Trousers and took it into her mouth.

Oh. how bitter. said the wife. For that cleans out all unnecessary.
Sunstar, Foamply, Penguin FoamHaving pulled out my fingers, I quickly rinsed myself, jumped out of the bathtub, turned on the hairdryer, dried my hair and went out into the room. In the room, I went to my bag with things and took out my tracksuit, fresh panties, shorts, bra and white socks. Having spread all this on my bed, the thought came to me to go to a sex shop insofar as in our city I cannot do.
