Ready to get your mind blown about arguably one of the best known and beloved rom-com films ever made?
For those of you who havent seen Pretty Woman, the flick follows a wealthy businessman named Edward, played by Richard Gere, who hires a lady of the night named Vivian, played by Julia Roberts, as an escort to accompany him on business meetings.
After a week filled with plenty of funny shenanigans, the films two leads begin to develop romantic feelings for each other.
However, even some of Pretty Womans biggest fans probably dont know that the films iconic poster actually holds two big secrets.
The first is that its not actually Julia Roberts body in the poster. It actually belongs to her stunt double, Shelley Michelle, with Julias head superimposed over hers.
This is commonly done for some movie and TV posters if the actor isnt available for the shoot itself.
The other thing people may notice from the poster, and this is a little more obvious, but Richard Geres hair is black instead of his signature grey which he sports in the film.
Had he dyed it for another movie when the photoshoot came about or was he originally supposed to have black hair in the film?
We have so many questions that need answering!
The film is reported to have nearly had a darker ending but was changed in favour of a more upbeat conclusion.
In the original script by J. F. Lawton, Julia Roberts character Vivienne ended up taking her earnings from the week and the going to Disneyworld with her flatmate Kit.
Julia made the revelation when speaking to Variety for its Actors on Actors series and she recalled that Edward: Threw her [Vivian] out of the car, threw the money on top of her, as memory serves, and just drove away leaving her in some dirty alley.
Selling it all off. Tom Girardi‘s law firm, Girardi Keese, is holding an auction to pay off some of the creditors in their ongoing bankruptcy case — and some of the items have a Hollywood provenance.
According to an information page posted by Three Sixty Asset Advisors, the auction will happen in late August or early September and include “the firm’s office furniture, business machinery and equipment, as well as furnishings and decorations comprised of art, oriental rugs, sports memorabilia, wine, music memorabilia, statues, vintage law (and other) books, a vintage piano, a Cadillac DTS and much more.”
The page also features photographs of some of the items to be sold, including an Erin Brockovich movie poster signed by Julia Roberts. The year-old’s firm was involved with the lawsuit against PG&E, which was depicted in the film.
Some of the other items featured include a signed copy of the Beach Boys album Pet Sounds and a statue of Lady Justice holding her scales. According to Three Sixty Advisors, proceeds from the auction will “help pay off creditors, including those who have filed claims of fraud against the firm.”
Things at Girardi Keese started unraveling rapidly last year, shortly after Tom’s estranged wife, Erika Jayne, filed for divorce. In December, Tom and the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 50, were accused of embezzling settlement funds meant for victims of a airplane crash.
The lawsuit alleged that the Pretty Mess author’s divorce filing was a “sham attempt to fraudulently protect Tom’s and Erika’s money from those that seek to collect on debts owed by Tom and his law firm.”
Last month, the Bravo personality was ordered to turn over all of her financial records to investigators, including bank statements, cashier’s checks, ATM receipts and any related emails or text messages. She has maintained that she is innocent of any wrongdoing and was not aware of any discrepancies in Tom or the firm’s finances.
During an RHOBH episode earlier this month, the former Broadway star told costar Kyle Richards that her divorce is “not a sham” despite the lawsuit’s claims.
“Nobody wants to be in the position I’m in right now,” she continued. “It is really unenviable. Being the possible target of a federal criminal investigation is, like, not cool. To have all those things said about you which are not true, and then to have everyone, basically, question everything. It’s lonely and it’s quiet and you would be shocked by how quickly people turn on you.”

That 'Pretty Woman' Isn't Just Julia Roberts
Growing up as a kid in the 90s, everyone was always talking about Pretty Woman — and with good reason. It's the movie that made Julia Roberts a huge star and had a killer awesome soundtrack. But there was one thing that soured it for some folks: Roberts used a body double on the famous poster and in the movie. And now with Pretty Woman turning 25, it's time to remember that it's not Roberts on the poster in those thigh-high boots leaning next to co-star Richard Gere — it's actually Donna Scoggins' legs. In the film, Roberts' body close-ups are really body double Shelley Michelle's body.
And apparently that's also not Richard Gere's actual body (or hair — his is gray in the movie) on the poster. This photoshopping usually occurs because it's hard to get both actors back together for a photoshoot once a movie has wrapped. As for the doubling in the film itself, a segment producer for the show Hard Copy noticed Roberts' body close-ups looked different and soon the studio admitted that Michelle was the double.
Body doubles are usually used the director wants to emphasize a certain feature. "Usually they'll put out a call for measurements," Michelle told the New York Times in "But a lot of times they're looking for great legs or something like that." Michelle actually calls herself the "Most Famous Body Double," having doubled for actresses like Kim Basinger in Final Analysis and Barbara Streisand in The Prince of Tides.
It's not very feminist at all for Hollywood to keep up this cinematic airbrushing, but actually, a lot of actresses prefer to use body doubles for revealing scenes and it's super common. Here are some actresses (and actors) who have admitted to using one.
The year-old British actress has admitted to often using a butt double. She first requested one for the movie Domino. "I have this policy in films where I say, 'You can have the top half but you can’t have the bottom half,' and it kind of works quite well," she said. "And there was this scene in Domino where I was meant to do a bit of a strip tease and a dance with a thong on. A sexy thong dance, and I was just like, 'It’s not going to happen.' And so I said, 'Could you get me a bottom please?'"
Knightley also used a butt double in 's Pride and Prejudice.
The year-old actress made headlines recently because her nude shower scene in the film Machete was actually filmed by Alba with her underwear on — and then it was digitally removed in post-production to make her look naked. “Jessica has been steadfast in her resolve not to appear nude in films from the beginning of her career," Alba's publicist told Entertainment Weekly. "The decision to digitally remove the underwear from the shower scene in Machete was one she and Robert Rodriguez made together, which would serve his vision for the film, as well as honor her personal convictions regarding nudity.”
I'm glad Alba and Rodriguez filmed the scene the way they were comfortable and didn't let any naysayers stop them. Alba has also used a body double in The Love Guru and The Sleeping Dictionary.
Men Use Doubles, Too
The other gender totally uses body doubles as well, especially for their nether regions. Owen Wilson used a butt double in You, Me, and Dupree, while Emile Hirsch used a full body double in 's The Girl Next Door when his character runs down the street naked. Aiden Quinn also used one in 's The Haunted.
"The director made that decision not to use my butt, I don't know how to interpret that," Wilson said. Perhaps some butts are just too great for the screen?

He leaned on me with his whole body and began to thrust the dick all the way. My pussy, not accustomed to this size, stretched out with difficulty, but instantly got wet, I felt something completely unfamiliar. With my husband, I didnt feel anything like that, finally I understood what sex is, and with every movement of the club that spreads the walls of my vagina.
I understood more and more clearly that I would soon learn what an orgasm was. I looked at the face of the guy hanging over me and did not recognize him.Top 10 Julia Roberts Movies
But what trick is to get you to sign a contract. After all, you had to do it on your own. I kept thinking about it.

What else. remembering an intimate topic, I had the opportunity to do this for money, it's true. In addition, I did not mention a couple of cases with two guys, of course it was at different times and they did not know about each other, but.
