Inspection: Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Payment: Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time/date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, a certified Cashiers Check, a Money Order, or a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory). Payable to: Carteret County Public School System. Payments shall be made at Carteret Co. Public Schools Warehouse, ATTN: Dawn, 601 Mulberry St Beaufort, NC 28516. Please call the Warehouse office to schedule a date/time for payment.

Removal: All items MUST BE REMOVED within 10 business days from the time/date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.

WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS, THEY MUST BE PICKED UP AT OUR LOCATION. WE DO NOT PACKAGE OR PREPARE ITEMS FOR SHIPPING. We can provide the phone number to a local Pack & Ship store that will pick up small items and ship them to you. They can also arrange for commercial freight for large items. Buyer must make all arrangements for shipping.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL CCPSS ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR PACKING, LOADING OR SHIPPING. Property may be removed between the hours of 9 am and 3 pm, Mon. – Fri., excluding school holidays (we are closed on Fridays during the summer). Please call the Warehouse office to schedule a date/time for removal. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

Ran it a few weeks ago for about 45 minutes, shut it off, and wouldn’t start. Once it cooled down it fired right back up and ran great but once it was shut off it wouldn’t fire back up. Just started it and it ran great but am sure once it warms up will not start again. Coil maybe? Loved this saw as it is super light and rips pretty good but have too many and need to get rid of a few. Brand new chain this past winter which has been sharpened once I believe.
