Sorry Taylor, but weight savings does not create horsepower. It does, however, increase acceleration.

Also sorry again but most of the mods you mentioned are a waste of $.

Keep the stock bore, I've seen first hand more power made on the stock bore than with the Athena kit.

I've been told the 07' head has the best stock porting.

Blend intake port and air box boot to the carb (aka port match)

Port match exhaust port to the header

Rebuild the engine with the essentials (new bearings/seals)

Rebuild the crank with a Falicon Knife rod, have Falicon weld the crank and balance.

13.5:1 high compression piston

05' Airbox boot

Web camshaft / Ferrea springs

Vortex X10 ignition

A full system pipe obviously (Yoshimura has some for your bike on clearance $350, I just bought one)

Bore carb to 42.5mm, Wire your accelerator pump linkage, Boyeson accelerator pump cover with adjustable leak jet.

Hinson billet clutch basket with replaceable rubbers

Manual cam chain tensioner

Boyeson supercooler (water pump)

Factory Pro jet kit, with the perforated emulsion tube.

Tuned on the dyno for race fuel

That should get you started, and mid to upper 50's ;)

The 2019 CRF450R features an all-new swing-arm and a launch control setting.
